chicken liver / mushroom / cream cheese pate Ingredients:
1.08 lbs chicken livers |
1 medium onion |
1 cup fresh mushrooms |
1 oz butter |
7 oz cream cheese |
Directions:
1. Saute finely chopped onion and finely chopped mushrooms in butter for 5 min. 2. Add livers cook 5 minutes each side. Then break apart and continue cooking 5 more minutes. 3. Turn off heat and let cool to barely warm. Combine with cream cheese in food processor and process to desired consistency. |
