2 cups garbanzo beans, soaked for at least 24 hours,drained and sprouted for 2 days |
2 teaspoons salt |
1 teaspoon cumin powder |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1/2 cup lemon juice |
2 cups mushrooms, soaked for 3 hours in |
nama shoyu (unpasteurized soy sauce) |
Directions:
1. Place garlic in processor and chop fine. 2. Add the rest of the ingredients and process well. |
