Chopped Blue Cheese Salad

This salad works great as a side salad or as a main dish salad
Ingredients:
1 head chopped iceberg lettuce
1/2 cup chopped fresh spinach
1 cup of blue cheese, crumbled
1/2 cup of bacon, crumbled
1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup coarsely chopped red onions
salt and pepper to taste
ranch-style salad dressing
Directions:
1. Chop the iceberg lettuce
2. Use scissors to cut up the spinach
3. Add salt and pepper to taste
4. Add salad dressing to taste
5. Toss together
6. Divide up into bowls for individual servings
7. Add the blue cheese, bacon, walnuts, cranberries, red onions
8. Serve and enjoy
