Ingredients:

4 boneless pork chops 3/4 thick and 4 oz. each |
1/2 cup(s) chicken broth |
chunky applesauce with cinnamon |
1 tablespoon(s) lemon juice |

Directions:
1. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Brush chops lightly with oil and brown on both sides, turning once, about 3-4 min. Sprinkle pepper over chops. Add broth, lemon juice, and favorite topper.
