Ingredients:
1 teaspoon(s) black pepper
4 boneless pork chops 3/4 thick and 4 oz. each
1/2 cup(s) chicken broth
chunky applesauce with cinnamon
1 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
vegetable oil
Directions:
1. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Brush chops lightly with oil and brown on both sides, turning once, about 3-4 min. Sprinkle pepper over chops. Add broth, lemon juice, and favorite topper. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer gently 5 min.
