This is a recipe that's been past down in my family, I want to share it with you. Ingredients:
2 garlic cloves |
pork chop |
1 head cabbage |
46 ounces tomato juice |
1 bunch celery |
1 green pepper |
1 large white onion |
2 (28 ounce) cans cut green beans |
salt |
pepper |
Directions:
1. Chop, cut, dice all ingredients. 2. Spray cooking pot. 3. Sauté garlic until black. 4. Add cut up pork chops. 5. Salt, pepper, fry until done. 6. Add cabbage & tomato juice. 7. Simmer for 1 hour. 8. Add celery & onion. 9. Simmer for 1 hour. 10. Add green beans & juice green pepper. 11. Simmer for 1 hour. 12. Serve over rice. |
