This super easy salad is quick and fun to make and tastes absolutely delicious. You can substitute or add any veggies or herbs you prefer to customize. Ingredients:
1 tablespoon dijon mustard |
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar |
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar |
6 tablespoons olive oil |
salt and pepper |
1 red bell pepper |
1 red onion |
6 medium tomatoes |
1/2 english cucumber |
2 heads romaine lettuce |
1 radicchio |
1 cup italian parsley |
1 cup basil |
1 cup mint |
6 ounces feta |
Directions:
1. Prepare the dressing by mixing until combined mustard, olive oil, both vinegars and add salt and pepper to taste. 2. On large cutting board chop all the veggies into small 1/2 inch size pieces combining as you chop each item. 3. Slowly add dressing to vegetables and mix until the taste is perfect. |
