Choconilla Oatmeal Pudding Cake |

I invented this while trying to make chocolate/vanilla oatmeal bars. It did not cook like I planned, but tasted and looked really good. So I cook it like that now! I like this recipe because it adds a twist on traditional granola bars and oatmeal is an uncommon recipe in foods. This recipe is great for snacks or picnics. :D enjoy Ingredients:
1 cup flour |
3 handfuls chocolate chips |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1 cup oatmeal |
3/4 cup water |
2 eggs |
1 small cake, pan |
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients in a large bowl. 2. Stir together until medium thickness. 3. Spray bottom of pan with nonstick spray. 4. Pour batter into pan evenly. 5. Put in oven for 20 – 30 minutes. 6. Let cool for 2 minutes. 7. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar (optional). 8. Enjoy! |
