Cheap, easy, vegan and delicious to boot, without any added sugar, milk, eggs or wheat products to get in the way. Great for when you have leftover mushy bananas sitting in the freezer and you don't want banana bread! Read more ! Ingredients:
1 large, overripe banana, frozen |
1/2 tbsp natural cocoa powder |
pinch salt |
Directions:
1. Remove banana from freezer about 10 minutes before serving. 2. Sprinkle with salt and cocoa powder. 3. Using a potato masher or fork, mash to a sorbet consistency. 4. Enjoy! |
