Prep time does not include freezer time. Yummy good! Ingredients:
4 cups mini marshmallows |
1 (1oz) square unsweetened chocolate |
1/4 cup milk |
2 eggs, beaten |
1 cup heavy cream, whipped |
2 bananas,sliced diagonally |
lemon juice |
1/4 cup chopped pecans |
1 (9-inch) pie crust-baked or use a graham cracker crust |
Directions:
1. Melt marshmallows with chocolate & milk in saucepan over low heat, stirring frequently. 2. Stir small amount of hot mixture into eggs(you don't want scrambled eggs in your pie!) return to hot mixture. 3. Cook 2 minutes over low heat, stirring constantly. 4. Chill until slightly thickened. 5. Fold in whipped cream. 6. Line bottom & sides of 9 inch pie plate with banana slices dipped in lemon juice. 7. Pour filling into banana shell 8. Top with nuts(YUMMY! my favorite part) 9. Freeze until firm 10. Place pie in refrigerator one hour before serving 11.
