Creamy frozen chocolate & peanut butter stuffed wafer cookies Ingredients:
1 envelope desert topping |
1 1/2 cups milk; divided |
1/2 cup smooth peanut butter |
1 pkg chocolate instant pudding |
1-7 oz pkg chocolate wafers (48 wafers |
Directions:
1. Combine dessert topping with 1/2 cup milk. 2. Beat on high speed until thickened. 3. Add peanut butter and beat on low until thoroughly mixed. 4. Add remaining milk and dry pudding mix. 5. Once again beat on high for 2 minutes, or until thickened. 6. Place 24 of the wafers on an ungreased baking sheet. 7. Put a heaping spoonful of mixture on each wafer. 8. Top with remaining wafer. 9. Freeze uncovered for 3 hours, then place in a container with a lid and re-place in the freezer. |
