This is a very moist, very decadent, very chocolatey cake sure to please all the chocolate and cake lovers in your life. Enjoy Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter |
1/2 cup oil |
1-3/4 cups sugar |
2 eggs |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1/2 cup buttermilk |
2-1/2 cups flour |
2 tablespoons cocoa |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon cloves |
2 cup grated zucchini |
1 cup chocolate chips |
1 cup nuts |
Directions:
1. Cream together butter, oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
2. Add buttermilk with vinegar.
3. Mix dry ingredients and alternate with creamed mixture and zucchini.
4. Add chocolate chips and nuts on top then bake at 425 for 45 minutes in a rectangular pan.
