I always had a desire to make a zucchini cake, I've heard how good they are. Then I happened on this recipe. If zucchini cake is good and chocolate is good - you do the math!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 3/4 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup buttermilk (or sour milk)
2 1/2 cups unbleached flour
4 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
2 cups shredded zucchini
1/4 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees
2. Prepare a 9X13 inch baking pan
3. Cream together butter, oil, and sugar.
4. Add eggs, vanilla, and buttermilk. Beat with an electric mixer.

6. Stir in zucchini.
7. Pour batter into prepared pan.
8. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top pf cake
9. Bake for 40-45 minutes.
10. Note: To make sour milk add 1 tsp lemon juice to 1/2 cup of milk. Let stand for 5 minutes before using.
11. Note: Mix chocolate chips in 1 tbls. of flour to prevent chips from sinking to the bottom of the cake while baking.
