I believe this recipe came from my mother.I recently took it to a mom and child gathering a local park, and when I said that it's a good way to get the kids to eat veggies, all of the moms said they were keeping it for themselves! It is a wonderful and moist cake, and you never even know that there is there! Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter |
1 3/4 cups sugar |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
2 cups grated zucchini |
1/2 cup oil |
2 eggs |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1/2 teaspoon baking powder |
2 1/2 cups flour |
4 tablespoons cocoa |
1/2 cup sour milk |
1 cup chocolate chips |
1 cup chopped walnuts |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients for cake together until well mixed. 2. Add chocolate chips and nuts onto top. 3. Bake 325 for 40-45 minutes. |
