I place the grated squash in a strainer and allow the water to drain for at least 4hrs Ingredients:
1 cup splenda sugar substitute |
1/2 cup sugar |
2 1/3 cups flour |
1/2 teaspoon baking powder |
2 teaspoons baking soda |
3/4 cup cocoa |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 cup chopped walnuts |
3 cups grated zucchini |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
6 egg whites |
1/4 cup oil |
1/2 cup milk |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Combine liquids and beat to combine. 2. Stir in dry ingredients. 3. Stir in squash and nuts. 4. Place in 2 loaf pans. 5. Bake 350 degrees for 45 min,. 6. Cool before slicing. |
