Chocolate cheesecake baked over chocolate chip cookie dough. Ingredients:

1 package chocolate chip cookie dough-refrigerated |
1 1/2 pounds philly cream cheese, softened |
3/4 cup sugar |
3 large eggs |
10 oz semi-sweet chocolate, melted & cooled |
1 tbsp melted butter |
1 tsp vanilla |
1/2 cup heavy cream |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350^.
2. Spread cookie dough evenly in prepared pan.
3. Bland crem cheese and sugar until smooth.
4. Add eggs one at a time.
5. Fold in melted chocolate.
6. Add melted butter, vanilla and cream, mixing thoroughly.
7. Pour over cookie dough.
8. Bake at 350^ for 60-65 minutes.
9. Let cool and refrigerate before serving.
