Generously frosts a 13x9 cake or fills and frosts an 8 or 9 inch two layer cake.

Ingredients:

1 cup heavy whipping cream

3/4 cup powdered sugar

1/4 cup dutch process baking cocoa

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:

1. Beat all ingredients in chilled medium bowl with electric mixer on high speed until soft peaks form.
