This recipe was adopted by me in a whirlwind zaar adoption in September 2006. I myself haven't made it but as soon as I do I will update the description. Ingredients:
1 cup heavy cream, cold |
4 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped |
Directions:
1. Make sure equipment is very clean. 2. Scald heavy cream and pour over chopped chocolate. 3. Stir to make smooth. 4. Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight. 5. Using a whip attachment, whip on medium speed until soft peaks form. |
