I love nuts, and I love chocolate, and this fancy (but easy) desserts satisfys both! For company, drizzle melted chocolate on top, or use dollops of whipped cream and chocolate-dipped whole walnuts. From Crosby's Molasses Favorites . Ingredients:
1 pre-baked pie crust |
1/4 cup packed brown sugar |
2 eggs |
1/3 cup molasses |
2 tablespoons melted butter |
1 cup chopped walnuts |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Beat brown sugar and eggs together until fluffy. 3. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. 4. Pour into cooled crust. 5. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes, or until filling is set. Cool. |
