This is a great cake!!! Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups bisquick |
2/3 cup milk |
3/4 cup sugar |
2 tablespoons shortening |
1/3 cup cocoa |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 egg |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350*. 2. Grease and flour square pan, 8x8x2. 3. Beat all ingredients in large mixer bowl on low speed, scraping bowl constantly, 30 seconds. 4. Beat on medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally, 4 minutes. 5. Pour into pan. 6. Bake until wooden pick inserted comes out clean, about 35 minutes, cool. |
