Chocolate Upside Down Pudding |

This is an old pioneer recipe, but still good today! Ingredients:
1 cup flour |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
1 pinch salt |
3/4 cup sugar |
1/3 cup shredded coconut |
2 tablespoons oil |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1/2 cup milk |
4 tablespoons cocoa |
3/4 cup brown sugar |
2 cups hot water |
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients. 2. Add vanilla, oil and milk. Mix. 3. Press into a greased 9 x 13 pan. 4. Sprinkle cocoa and brown sugar over top, and pour hot water over all. DO NOT STIR. 5. Bake 350 35-40 minutes. |
