Luscous cheesecake topped with caramel and pecans Ingredients:
1 7 oz pkg of caramels |
1/4 c evaporated milk |
3/4 c toasted pecans, chopped and devided |
1 9 inch chocolate crumb piecrust |
2 pkgs of cream cheese, softened |
1/2 c sour cream |
1 1/4 c milk |
1 3.9 oz pkg of instant chocolate pudding |
1/2 c chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. Put caramels and evaporated milk in a heavy saucepan over medium heat. Stir until smooth. Sir in 1/2 c of chopped pecans. 2. Pour onto piecrust. 3. In a bowl combine cream cheese, sour cream and milk until smooth. Add pudding mix and mix until smooth. 4. Pour pudding layer over caramel layer and chill for 20 minutes 5. Melt chocolate chips and drizzle over top of cheesecake. 6. Chill until ready to serve. |
