Chocolate Turtle Cheesecake

This is an elegant and oh so tasty cheesecake.
Ingredients:
7 ounce package caramels
1/4 cup evaporated milk
1-1/4 cups chopped pecans divided
9 inch chocolate crumb piecrust
16 ounces cream cheese softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1-1/4 cups milk
1 package instant chocolate pudding
3/4 cup fudge topping
Directions:
1. Place caramels and milk in heavy saucepan then heat stirring continually until smooth.
2. Stir in 3/4 cup chopped pecans and pour into pie crust.
3. Combine cream cheese, sour cream and milk in a blender until smooth.
4. Add pudding mix and process 30 seconds longer.
5. Pour pudding mixture over caramel layer covering evenly.
6. Chill loosely covered for 15 minutes.
7. Drizzle fudge topping over pudding layer in a decorative pattern then sprinkle with nuts.
8. Chill loosely covered until serving time.
