These truffles can be refrigerated in an airtight container up to a week. Ingredients:
1 1/2 teaspoons instant nonfat dry milk powder |
2 teaspoons skim milk |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons chocolate graham cracker crumbs |
1 tablespoon chopped pitted dates |
1 tablespoon finely chopped pecans |
Directions:
1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a small bowl; add graham cracker crumbs, stirring with a fork. Stir in dates. Shape mixture into 4 (1-inch) balls. Roll balls in pecans. Cover and chill thoroughly. |
