I got these Chocolate Truffles from a calendar - haven't tried them yet and I am not sure how many this recipe makes. Ingredients:
3 ounces unsweetened chocolate |
1/4 cup butter |
2 tablespoons cream |
7 tablespoons sifted powdered sugar |
ground hazelnuts |
pecans |
toasted coconut |
cinnamon |
flavored cocoa |
Directions:
1. Chop chocolate; melt with butter over low heat; add cream. Gradually stir in sugar until lump free. 2. Cover and refridge 12-24 hours. Make individual balls by rolling them between palms of hands. Roll balls in any of the nuts, cocoa or any of the other topping type ingredients listed. Refrigerate 2 hours before serving. |
