10 oz. baker's semi-sweet chocolate |
1/2 c. whipping cream |
4 eggs |
1/2 c. sugar |
1/4 c. flour |
for garnish |
powdered sugar |
thawed cool whip |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325 2. Place chocolate and whipping(not whipped) cream in a microwavable bowl 3. microwave on high for 2 min. or until chocolate is almost melted 4. stir until it's completely melted, let cool slightly 5. Add eggs, sugar, and flour,beat with a whisk really well 6. pour into a lightly greased 9 in. pie plate 7. Bake for 30-35 min. or until the outer half of the pie is puffed, but the center is still slightly soft; cool completely. 8. If desired, dust the pie with powdered sugar, use stencils or strips of wax paper to make a pretty design. 9. if using stencils or wax paper strips be very careful when removing. 10. or just top with a dollop of whipped cream, either way, mmmmm! |
