Ingredients:
2 cups semisweet chocolate morsels |
1 1/2 cups whipping cream, divided |
1/4 cup powdered sugar |
1 tablespoon vanilla extract |
1 (9 inch) chocolate cookie pie crust |
Directions:
1. In a microwave-safe dish, combine chocolate morsels and 1/2 cup cream; cook on HIGH for 1-2 minutes stirring every 30 seconds until smooth. 2. Cool to room temperature. 3. Stir in sugar and vanilla; set aside. 4. In a small mixing bowl, beat remaining cream until soft peaks form. 5. Beat in chocolate mixture on high, one-third at a time; mix well. 6. Spoon into crust. 7. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours. |
