Ingredients:
6 (4-ounce) sweet chocolate baking bars, chopped (we tested with baker's german sweet chocolate) |
1 pound butter |
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans |
2 teaspoons vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Melt chocolate and butter in a heavy saucepan over medium-low heat; cool 10 minutes. Stir in pecans and vanilla; cool mixture until spreading consistency, stirring occasionally (about 45 minutes). |
