Chocolate Toffee Crunch Cheesecake |

A super easy and sinful dessert. Ingredients:
1 package devil's food cake mix |
1/3 cup margarine, melted |
1 egg |
1 lb cream cheese, softened |
1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk |
2 1oz squares semi sweet chocolate, melted and cooled |
3 eggs |
1/2 cup sour cream |
1/2 cup reserved cake mix |
1 1/3 cups crunchy toffee bits, skor or heath bars chopped |
Directions:
1. CRUST 2. Grease a 9x13 pan. 3. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. 4. Measure out 1/2 cup cake mix and set aside. 5. Combine remaining cake mix with margarine and egg. 6. Beat on low speed for 1 minute or until a soft dough is formed. 7. Pat evenly over bottom and 1 inch up sides of pan. 8. FILLING 9. Beat cream cheese, condensed milk and melted chocolate just to blend. 10. Add eggs one at a time beating lightly after each. 11. Add sour cream and reserved cake mix. 12. Beat on medium speed for 1 minute. 13. Stir in 1 cup of toffee bits. 14. Spread evenly on crust. 15. Sprinkle remaining bits over top. 16. Bake 45-50 minutes or just until set. 17. Run knife along the edge of pan to loosen. 18. Cool completely. 19. Refrigerate overnight and store in fridge. |
