I love cake but am not fond of frosting....Too sweet for me..Put a couple candy bars in some whipped cream and I love it. Go figure Ingredients:
1 box chocolate cake mix (i use duncan hines devils food) |
1 1/3 cup water |
1/2 cup vegetable oil |
3 eggs |
6 toffee candy bars, frozen (heath or skor) |
1 container cool whip |
almonds, chopped to garnish |
Directions:
1. Cook cake according to box directions 2. Crush candy bars 3. Fold into cool whip 4. Frost cooled cake with cool whip mixture 5. Garnish top with almonds |
