Made one 17 cm tart and 6 tartlets Ingredients:
base |
100 g butter |
1 egg |
10 g caster sugar |
200 g flour , sifted |
filling |
1 tbsp cocoa pwd dissolved in 2 tbsp hot water |
1 can condensed milk |
30 g butter |
1 tsp rum and raisin essence |
1/2 c walnuts |
topping |
50 g milk chocolate , grated |
1/2 c raisins |
Directions:
1. Pre heat oven to 150 deg . 2. Cream the butter and the sugar together . 3. Add the egg . 4. Fold the flour in . 5. Press the dough into two 17 cm tart moulds . Bake for 20 mins . 6. For filling : 7. Cook the milk , cocoa and the butter for 7 mins or until golden . 8. Remove from firs and add the nuts and the essence . 9. Pour on cool tarts . 10. Sprinkle the topping . |
