I searched for this one a lot.It is different from the molten chocolate cake and lava cakes.You will have that melting texture even if it is cold or at room temperature. Ingredients:
100 grams bittersweet chocolate; 60 % cocoa, chopped |
100 grams butter |
3 eggs |
130 grams sugar + sprinkling the muffin moulds |
1 tsp vanilla sugar |
1 pinch salt |
40 grams flour |
40 grams hazelnuts, ground |
6-8 chocolate, diced |
1-2 tsp icing sugar |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 200 °C/400 F . Butter and sugar 6 to 8 moulds from 2. a muffin tray. Chill. 3. Stir chocolate and butter in heavy medium saucepan over low heat 4. until melted. Cool slightly. 5. Whisk eggs and sugar in large bowl until getting pale and fluffy 6. about 5 minutes.Whisk in the chocolate mixture. Than carefully fold in the flour and the hazelnuts. Pour batter into muffin moulds, dividing equally.Press one chocolate peace in every mould, cover with batter.Bake for 12 minutes. Remove cakes from tin and dust with icing sugar. 7. The batter can be made 1 day ahead and filled into the moulds. Cover; chill. |
