Ingredients:
2 cups skim milk |
2 ounces cocoa powder |
2 ounces sugar |
1 tablespoon granulated lecithin (soy based) |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Using a hand blender, mix together well. Keep the hand blender in 1 position so air can incorporate into the liquid and create suds. |
