This is a delicious way to get soy milk, a good source of vegetarian protein, into your diet. (source: The Best Life Diet by Bob Greene) Ingredients:
2 cups chocolate soy milk |
1 med banana, cut into chunks |
2 cups frozen unsweetened strawberries |
6 oz vanilla yogurt |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a blender. Cover and blend on high speed for about 1 minutes, or until smooth. 2. Pour into 2 glasses. Serve immediately. |
