a pie I'm partway through inventing. does anyone have any comments or suggestions? Ingredients:
a short pie crust with ground nuts |
pastry cream |
chocolate covered strawberries |
mango glaze |
Directions:
1. bake the pie crust until done and crispy; cool
2. spread a layer of rich pastry cream or custard on the crust
3. place the chocolate covered strawberries on the custard, slightly embedding
4. spread mango glaze over all
5. chill and serve
