Chocolate Splenda Truffles |

Taken from a Spenda ad. Cooking time is cooling time. Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups dark chocolate chips |
2/3 cup 18% cream |
1 tablespoon splenda granular |
1/4 cup butter |
1/4 cup raisins |
1 tablespoon orange zest |
1/4 cup cocoa (for dredging) |
Directions:
1. Place chocolate in a large bowl. 2. Bring cream, Splenda, butter, raisins and orange zest to a boil in a med pan. 3. Slowly pour over chocolate and stir until smooth. 4. Let cool in fridge for 2-3 hours. 5. Shape mixture into small balls and dredge in cocoa. |
