Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups sugar |
3 1/3 cups water, room temperature |
2 ounces semisweet chocolate, melted |
1 oz unsweetened chocolate, melted |
1 cup cocoa powder |
2 teaspoons dark rum |
pinch salt |
Directions:
1. Whisk the sugar and water together. Place 1/2 of the water mixture in a bowl and whisk in the chocolates, cocoa powder, rum, and salt. Whisk in the remaining water. Chill and churn in an ice cream freezer according to manufacturer's instructions |
