During our annual cookie platter day, my mom and I made her Coconut Snowflake Cookies. While making them she said, I bet these would be great with Nutella. A few days later I was playing around with the ingredients and she was right! They are wonderful! Ingredients:
3/4 cup nutella |
1/4 cup butter, softened |
1 cup powdered sugar |
1/2 cup pecans, chopped |
2 1/2 cups crispy rice cereal (rice krispies) |
3 tablespoons milk |
1 cup powdered sugar |
3 tablespoons milk (approximately) |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
1 cup flaked coconut (approximately) |
Directions:
1. Cream together Nutella, butter, milk and powdered sugar. 2. Add pecans and cereal; mix well. 3. Form into balls and put in refrigerator while you prepare frosting. 4. Frosting: Combine powdered sugar, milk and vanilla. 5. Roll balls in frosting and then in coconut. |
