Very tasty and lite slice Ingredients:
125 g butter (melted) |
1 1/2 cups flour |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1 tablespoon cocoa |
1 cup coconut |
3/4 cup sugar |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 180c. Grease a 20cm x 30cm tin. 2. Melt butter,sift flour,baking powder into a bowl. Stir in cocoa,coconut and sugar. Stir in melted butter and mix well. A little extra butter may be needed if it feels a bit dry. Press firmly into tin. 3. Bake 10-15 minutes. 4. Ice while warm and cut into squares. 5. A little extra coconut can be sprinkled over the top of the icing if desired. |
