Ingredients:
8 tablespoon(s) cocoa |
1 1/2 cup(s) margarine |
1 cup(s) water |
2 cup(s) sugar |
2 cup(s) flour |
1/2 cup(s) buttermilk |
1/2 teaspoon(s) baking soda |
2 eggs |
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla |
1/3 cup(s) regular milk |
1 box powdered sugar |
1 cup(s) nuts chopped |
Directions:
1. -Combine 4 tablespoons cocoa, 2 sticks margarine, and 1 cup water in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour over the sugar and flour. 2. -Add buttermilk, soda, eggs and vanilla and mix well. Pour into a greased jelly roll pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. 3. Frosting - Melt 1 stick margarine, 4 tablespoons cocoa and regular milk. Add the powdered sugar and nuts. Frost while cake is still warm. |
