Ingredients:
5 tablespoon(s) cocoa |
2 eggs |
2 cups flour |
1/2 cup oil |
1 stick parkay |
1 tsp. soda |
1/2 cup sour milk (1 tsp. vingar to milk to sour) |
2 cups sugar |
1 tsp. vanilla |
1 cup water |
Directions:
1. Mix vingar into the milk to sour and set aside. 2. Sift the flour, sugar and cocoa together. I whisk it. 3. Boil together the parkay, water and oil for minute little more. 4. Pour over flour mixture and beat. 5. Then add soda to sour milk and stir, add this to mixture and mix. 6. Add one egg at a time and mix, then vanilla. 7. Pour the batter over a buttered and floured jelly roll pan. 8. Bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes. 9. Frost when cool. |
