Ingredients:
1 cup heavy cream |
1 tablespoon unsalted butter |
1/2 pound semisweet chocolate, chopped in chunks |
Directions:
1. Heat the cream and butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the chocolate, stirring, until it's melted and smooth. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature.
