Great for profiteroles or on ice cream. Ingredients:
5 ounces chocolate (any) |
2 tablespoons light brown sugar |
2 ounces butter |
2 tablespoons water |
1 tablespoon rum or 1 tablespoon brandy |
Directions:
1. Combine the chocolate, sugar and water, heat until melted. 2. Add butter and stir. 3. Turn off heat and add brandy or rum. |
