I found this in a cookbook years ago. I have not tried this recipe, but I'm posting it for safe keeping. Ingredients:
6 sq semisweet chocolate |
1 sq unsweetened chocolate |
3/4 cup light cream |
Directions:
1. Place chocolate in the top of a double boiler over hot water, cover, and let it melt completely. Stir until smooth. Add cream and stir until completely mixed with the chocolate. 2. Keep stored in jar in the refrigerator. |
