Delicious over ice cream. Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine |
4 ounces unsweetened chocolate |
3 cups sugar |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 (13 ounce) can evaporated milk |
Directions:
1. Melt butter and chocolate in top of double boiler; stir in remaining ingredients. 2. Cook, stirring constantly, until sugar is dissolved and sauce is smooth. 3. Serve warm or cold over ice cream. |
