Chocolate Sandwich With Bisquits |

Very very easy and veryvery yummy! Ingredients:
2 packs of petit beurre with chocolate bisquits |
6 tbsp soft margerine |
3 tbsp brown sugar |
1 egg |
1 vanilla |
150 g couverture chocolate |
150 g fresh cream, light |
100 g ground hazelnuts |
2 bananas |
Directions:
1. To prepare the spread: Beat the margerine with brown sugar and vanilla in a large bowl, using a hand mixer. 2. When the mixture is smooth, add the egg and half the chocolate -melted- then stir. 3. Whisk the fresh cream and when it gains volume, add it to the mixture together with half the ground hazelnuts. 4. Place the mixture in the freezer until it thickens. 5. Cut the banana in pieces and place one piece on the chocolate side of each bisquit, adding some of the spread. 6. Top it with another bisquit and dip the sandwich in the remaining melted chocolate. 7. Repeat the process for all the bisquits, until all the spreading is used. Your choco-sandwiches are ready! |
