Lovely to look at ..but not for long..they gobble it up. I usually keep ingredients for this at hand. Ingredients:
chill time 3 hours |
7 oz semi-sweet chocolate, chopped |
1 1/2 cup cream |
3 tbsp clear rum |
4/3 tsp vanilla |
Directions:
1. Melt chocolate with 3 tbsp cream and rum in a water bath. 2. Remove from heat and let stand for 15 minutes. 3. Whisk the remaining cream and vanilla until soft peaks forms. 4. Incorporate whipped cream into chocolate mixture in sorounding form. 5. Pour into individual cups and refrigerate for 3 hours. 6. Decorate with more whipped cream and almonds. |
