This frosting goes great with Cuba Libre Cupcakes Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar |
4 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature |
1 1/2 tablespoons dutch process cocoa |
1 tablespoon good rum |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients until smooth. Use to frost cool cupcakes or cake. |
