Chocolate Rum Balls

Ingredients:
2 cups chocolate wafer crumbs
1 cup ground pecans
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup rum
1/2 cup chocolate chips
3/4 cup chocolate sprinkles
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine cookie crumbs, pecans, sugar, rum and corn syrup.
2. Shape into 1 inch balls.
3. Line a tray with wax paper.
4. Place balls on a tray and refrigerate until cold.
5. In a double boiler, using hot water, melt chocolate.
6. Let it cool a little.
7. Dip balls into melted chocolate with only a thin coat.
8. Roll in candy sprinkles.
9. Place balls on waxed paper lined tray until chocolate is set.
10. Serve your dad on Father's Day!
