Chocolate and Rum...cookie - makes a great combination! Don't serve these to minors though! They should be stored in airtight container...Really tasty!
Ingredients:
1 (11 ounce) package chocolate wafer cookies, finely crushed
1 1/2 cups finely chopped pecans
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1/4 cup light rum or 1/4 cup dark rum (or more)
1/2 cup powdered sugar, for rolling
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, combine the crushed cookies and pecans.
2. Mix well.
3. Stir in the corn syrup and rum.
4. blend well.
5. Place the powdered sugar in small bowl.
6. Roll the cookie mixture into 1-inch balls.
7. then roll in powdered sugar- until well coated.
