Creamy chocolate ricotta dessert with fresh strawberries. Done on Chef on a Shoestring Ingredients:
1c fresh ricotta cheese |
3tbs sugar |
1tbs creme de cocoa liqueur |
6tbs chocolate syrup |
1c sliced strawberries mixed with 1tbs sugar |
4 mint sprigs |
Directions:
1. Place ricotta,sugar,liqueur and chocolate syrup in medium sized bowl and whisk till smooth. Divide mixture into 4 martini glasses. Garnish each glass with strawberrs and mint.
